These terms apply to the Sacred Resolve iOS app, sacredresolve.tepesoft.com, the optional private Circle relay, purchases, and related Tepesoft support. By using these services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The product

Sacred Resolve provides a 70-day Christian discipline program, Bible reading tools, reminders, timers, reflection and journal tools, sharing, optional partner and public community features, and a post-completion Rule of Life. Features may evolve, but Tepesoft will not intentionally misrepresent what membership includes or the terms presented at purchase.

Not professional advice

Sacred Resolve is a spiritual practice and lifestyle tool. It is not medical, mental health, nutrition, legal, financial, pastoral counseling, or emergency advice. Exercise, fasting, diet, sleep, and other physical practices should be adapted to your health, ability, medical guidance, and circumstances. Seek qualified help when needed. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Scripture and editorial content

The bundled Berean Standard Bible is used under its public-domain terms and remains attributable to its publisher. Sacred Resolve guides, prompts, and prayers are original educational and devotional material. They are not a substitute for Scripture, church community, pastoral care, or your own discernment.

Preview and membership access

You can complete onboarding and explore a meaningful personalized Day 1 preview before purchase. A monthly or annual membership opens the complete 70-day journey and all current app features. The purchase screen shows the current storefront price, trial eligibility, renewal cadence, and included value before you buy. There is no lifetime plan.

Purchases, renewals, and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's current terms. Eligible customers may receive a 3-day introductory trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.

Billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation, family sharing, and refunds are governed by Apple and the offer shown at purchase. Use Apple's purchase history and support channels for refund requests. The app includes Restore Purchases for eligible transactions.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app unless Apple presents another applicable license agreement.

Private Circle invitations

A Circle invitation contains secrets that grant access to the Circle. You are responsible for sending it only to the intended person and for revoking a Circle if the invitation is exposed. Do not use Circle features for emergencies, threats, abuse, illegal activity, or communication that requires guaranteed delivery. Tepesoft cannot recover a lost end-to-end encryption key or read encrypted Circle content.

Public Commons and Journey Board

The Commons is an optional public space governed by the Community Covenant. Public posts, encouragements, aliases, reactions, and opt-in Journey Board entries may be seen and shared by other people. Do not publish content you expect to remain private. The Journey Board is limited to an alias, challenge day, public position, and encouragements given; it is not a measure of holiness, worth, or private spiritual practice.

You can report public content, block a profile from your view, delete your own content, turn off Journey Board visibility, or delete your public profile. Tepesoft may use automated filters and human review, remove content, restrict publication, suspend public access, or preserve limited records when reasonably needed for safety, enforcement, law, or service integrity. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be prevented before it appears.

Acceptable use

We do not tolerate objectionable, abusive, threatening, exploitative, or illegal content or conduct. Do not interfere with the service, evade security or rate limits, probe other users' Circles, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, violate law or intellectual property rights, or use the product to harass, exploit, shame, solicit, spam, or endanger anyone. Do not publish private contact details, commercial pitches, fundraising requests, sexual content, threats, hate, guaranteed health or money claims, or another person's confidential story. A Circle participant can revoke access by deleting the Circle. A Commons member can report, block, and delete public content through the app. Safety concerns can also be sent through Support.

Your content

You retain rights in journal text, Circle messages, Commons content, feedback, and other material you create. You give Tepesoft the limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission needed to store, display, transmit, moderate, and share content through the feature you intentionally use. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies reasonably needed for security, moderation, law, or technical backup. You are responsible for having the right to share content and for respecting another person's privacy.

Availability and changes

We aim for a reliable local-first product, but online features may experience maintenance, interruption, or change. We may update the app, security requirements, supported operating systems, prices for future purchase periods, and these terms. Paid access already purchased remains subject to Apple's transaction rules and applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Tepesoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, spiritual outcomes, missed reminders, or decisions made from app content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Termination

You may stop using Sacred Resolve at any time, delete local data, revoke a private Circle, and delete a public Commons profile in the app. Tepesoft may suspend online access for material misuse, legal requirements, security risk, or service discontinuation. Terms that logically survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.
