Your inner life stays yours.

Sacred Resolve is designed to minimize collection of sensitive spiritual information. Your journal, prayer responses, private practice details, bookmarks, reminders, and complete journey history are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Tepesoft unless you deliberately put information into a public Commons post, feedback, or an export you choose to share.
Who operates Sacred Resolve
Tepesoft operates the Sacred Resolve iOS app, this website, the optional private Circle relay, and support services. Privacy questions can be sent to info@tepesoft.com.
Information stored only on your device
The core 70-day journey is local-first. Journey configuration and progress, accountability mode, journal entries, reflection answers, Bible bookmarks, reminder settings, timer state, Rule of Life plans, completion testimony, and locally entered partner details are stored in protected app storage. Tepesoft does not receive this information through normal app use.
You can export a readable copy from the app or delete all local app data. Deleting the app may also remove local data, subject to Apple's device and backup behavior.
Optional private Circle sync
When naming the one person you intend to invite, you may type a display name or use Apple's single-contact picker. The picker lets Sacred Resolve receive only the contact you select without granting access to your full address book. The app keeps only the selected display name for Circle setup; it does not store or upload that person's phone number or email address.
If you create or join a private Circle, the app generates a random access token and encryption key. Circle content is encrypted on participants' devices before transmission. The relay stores a random Circle identifier, a one-way hash of the access token, opaque encrypted content, a revision number, and creation, update, and expiration timestamps.
The relay is not designed to read Circle names, encouragement text, or check-in content. Anyone who receives a valid invitation may have access to that Circle, so share invitations only with the intended person. Circle data expires after 90 days of inactivity and can be revoked from the app. Standard server security logs may temporarily include request time, route, response status, and network information needed to protect and operate the service; Circle tokens and encrypted content are excluded from application logs.
Optional public Commons and Journey Board
You can read the public Commons without joining. If you join, the service stores a random profile identifier, a one-way hash of your access token, the public alias you choose, covenant acceptance time, public posts and encouragements, reactions, blocks, reports, moderation state, and related timestamps. Your access token is stored on your device. Do not use your full name or publish contact details, another person's story, journal text, prayer details, health information, or financial information you do not intend to make public.
Journey Board participation is off by default. If you turn it on, the board displays your public alias, highest shared challenge day, relative public position, and number of encouragement reactions you have given. It does not receive or display prayer, fasting, giving, purity, service, health, journal content, or completion of individual practices. Turning the board off removes your position from public display.
You can delete your own public posts and encouragements, block another public profile from your view, report content confidentially, or delete your complete public profile in the app. Deleting the profile deletes its posts, encouragements, reactions, blocks, and board position from the active service. We may keep limited security or moderation records when reasonably necessary to address abuse, law, or service integrity. Public content is not end-to-end encrypted and should be treated as public.
Feedback and support
If you submit the feedback form or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, app version, message, and any diagnostic detail you include. We use it to answer your request, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and improve Sacred Resolve. Do not include journal entries, prayer requests, health details, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary and you intend to share it.
Feedback is delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service and our email hosting. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited network and device information to protect the form from abuse. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the request, legal obligations, security, and product history.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases, trial and subscription status, payment details, taxes, refunds, and billing. Tepesoft does not receive full payment card numbers. The app uses Apple's StoreKit services to determine whether membership access is active.
RevenueCat receives an automatically generated app identifier and App Store purchase history so it can report subscription access, restore state, and aggregate purchase performance. Sacred Resolve does not create a RevenueCat account for you or send RevenueCat your name, email address, journal, prayers, onboarding focus, Scripture history, practice activity, Circle or Commons content, or health details. We configure this purchase history as not linked to your identity and not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. RevenueCat and Apple's privacy practices apply to their processing.
Website data
The website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Hosting and security systems necessarily process limited technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested page, time, and response status. This information is used for delivery, security, reliability, and abuse prevention and is retained according to operational needs.
Analytics and advertising
Sacred Resolve does not include behavioral analytics, an advertising SDK, the advertising identifier, or cross-app tracking. RevenueCat is limited to anonymous purchase reporting and Apple's standard Search Ads attribution token. Apple may also receive coarse or fine aggregate conversion values after launch or a verified purchase. These signals do not contain your journal, prayers, focus choice, Scripture history, practice activity, Circle or Commons content, or health details.
Tepesoft does not use sensitive spiritual content for analytics, advertising, or sale. If we propose broader analytics or a non-Apple advertising SDK, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before collection begins.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers only to operate purchases, email, hosting, security, and support. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or services, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
Children
Sacred Resolve is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information can contact us for deletion.
Website analytics
If you select Allow analytics, this website loads Tepesoft's self-hosted Umami analytics and Microsoft Clarity with strict text masking. They measure public-page visits, referral and campaign tags, device and browser details, approximate network location, clicks, and scrolling. They do not receive prayers, reflections, Bible activity, progress, Circle or Commons content, feedback text, attachments, or anything from the iPhone app. Select Analytics choices at any time to allow or withdraw access.
Security and retention
We use data minimization, encrypted transport, protected device storage, end-to-end encryption for Circle content, token hashing, rate limits, publication filters, member reporting and blocking, human moderation tools, and restricted operational access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Local app data remains until you delete it or the operating system removes it. Circle data expires after inactivity as described above. Commons profiles and content remain until deleted or moderated. Support, report, moderation, and security records are retained only for legitimate operational, legal, and safety needs.
Your choices and rights
You can use the core app without an account, disable reminders, avoid Circle sync and the public Commons, keep the Journey Board off, delete a Commons profile, export local data, delete local data, revoke a Circle, and choose whether to contact support. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information we hold. Contact info@tepesoft.com. We may need to verify a request before acting.
International processing and changes
Service providers may process information in the United States, Canada, Türkiye, or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this policy as the product or law changes. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated in the app.
